Our Mission

The Liberty Melting Pot Arts Initiative is a community development organization dedicated to celebrating, supporting, and unifying our community through the transformative power of the arts. We cultivate growth by offering inclusive opportunities for creative expression, cultural exchange, and artistic education. Through dynamic programming and outreach, we bring people together to share their stories, elevate local talent, and help Liberty County thrive artistically, socially, and economically.

Who We serve

The Liberty Melting Pot Arts Initiative serves the people of Liberty County, including youth, families, local artists, educators, seniors, and community members who may not otherwise have access to creative opportunities.

We help by creating welcoming spaces where people can learn, make, teach, exhibit, and connect. Through hands-on classes, workshops, outreach, and community programs, we provide opportunities to explore visual arts such as painting, clay, glass, wood, and mixed media.

For participants, the arts can offer more than a creative activity. They can provide confidence, self-expression, skill-building, connection, and a sense of belonging. For local artists, our programs create opportunities to share their craft, teach others, display their work, and contribute to the cultural life of the community.

By bringing artists and community members together, we use the arts as a bridge for education, creativity, and shared growth.
